Hello, friends. DJ Bob Ham here once again, hat in hand, looking for a little support for the fall fund drive at XRAY. As you are hopefully aware, this radio station has been a beacon in these stormy times, propping up the local music scene through plentiful airplay to new releases by Portland artists, giving our deep bench of DJs a bigger audience than simply the folks hanging at bars and clubs around town, and shining a much-needed spotlight on the important news stories shaping our fair city. Watching the station expand its reach and grow in amazing ways through fresh programming and greater investment in their infrastructure has been amazing and just one reason why I decided to start up my new show On The Corner, where I concentrate on jazz music from across the globe. 

The station has even bigger plans and ambitions as we look toward 2025. A dedicated frequency to serve the coastal community in Seaside and Cannon Beach. A better signal for Portland listeners. And most importantly moving our station to a bigger space that will be more accessible for folks with mobility issues and allow us to get bands in more regularly for live on-air performances.
